Synopsis :
This paper
deals with the numerical study of an unsteady MHD free convection and mass
transfer flow of dissipative fluid past an infinite vertical porous isothermal
plate with heat generation and homogeneous chemical reaction. As the problem is
governed by coupled nonlinear system of partial differential equations, exact
solutions are not possible, hence explicit finite-difference method is
employed. The effects of Magnetic parameter M and chemical reaction parameter K
are examined on Velocity, Temperature and Concentration. The results are
discussed through graphs. It is noticed that Velocity decreases with the
increase in Magnetic parameter M and chemical reaction parameter K and
Concentration decreases with the increase in K.
